Which are all available preferences in SuperOffice CRM and what each of them mean?

In the Preferences screen we can specify a number of settings for different parts of SuperOffice CRM. Is it possible to get a list of all available preferences?

Quote document type Document type that the merged quote document will be linked to.
Quote reminder task type The task type used for the reminder task that is created when sending a quote document.
Remember document visibility Uses the same visibility setting for new documents as you used last time. (Default = NO)
Remember follow-up visibility Uses the same visibility setting for new follow-ups as you used last time. (Default = NO)
Remember sale visibility Uses the same visibility setting for new sales as you used last time. (Default = NO)

All-day start time Start time for an all-day appointment
Diary Diary
Diary auto refresh interval The interval determines how often the diary will refresh itself automatically with new data from the database. The default is 0 seconds, which means no automatic update is performed.
Diary start time Specifies the time your calendar starts in the morning. Use a number to indicate the whole hour. Default = 8, meaning that your calendar will start at 08:00
Lunch-break end time End time for your lunch-break
Lunch-break start time Start time for your lunch-break
Number of associates Number of columns to display in the group view
Secretary mode Keeps the current diary owner in all panels (Default = NO)
Set Sunday as first day of the week Display Sunday as the first day of the week in the calendar and diary. (Default = NO, meaning that Monday will be used as the first day of the week.)
Silent after The alarm can be silenced after a given number of minutes to avoid unnecessary office disruption when you are away.
Sub-list Preference used to remember the setup/state of the Filter dialog
View associates A comma-separated list of the associates and resources to display in the group view
E-mail Address separator Use this character to delimit e-mail addresses. (Default: ';').
Always show the archive dialog SuperOffice Gmail Link only! Always show archiving dialog, evven if there are no notifications or issues which require user - attention in order to complete the task
Archive all e-mail Always proposes archiving e-mail created in SuperOffice CRM. This means that, by default, you will be asked if you want to archive all e-mail you create in SuperOffice CRM for Web. 
Archive e-mail to associates Always proposes archiving e-mail written internally to your associates using SuperOffice CRM. This means that, by default, you will be asked if you want to archive all e-mail sent to associates from SuperOffice CRM for Web.
Archive forwarded e-mail

Always proposes archiving e-mail forwarded from SuperOffice CRM. This means that, by default, you will be asked if you want to archive all e-mail you forward from SuperOffice CRM for Web.

Archive replies Always proposes archiving replies to e-mails that are archived in SuperOffice CRM. This means that, by default, you will be asked if you want to archive all e-mail you reply to from SuperOffice CRM for Web. 
Archive sent appointments Always proposes archiving follow-ups you send from SuperOffice CRM by e-mail. This means that, by default, you will be asked if you want to archive all follow-ups sent by e-mail from SuperOffice CRM for Web.
Archive sent documents Always proposes archiving documents you send from SuperOffice CRM by e-mail. This means that, by default, you will be asked if you want to archive all documents sent by e-mail from SuperOffice CRM for Web.
Associates sub-list Preference used to remember the setup/status of the list
Attachment size-threshold Size in kilobytes above which Mail Link considers an e-mail as 'large'. (Default: 500 kB)
Auto-archive e-mails sent from e-mail client. Specify that e-mail created in Windows Mail clients is to be archived by MailLink.
Automatically update SuperOffice Automatically update SuperOffice (Default = No)
Check for duplicates Check for already archived documents and duplicates in MailLink. (Default = Yes)
Close after archiving Close the e-mail after it has been archived in SuperOffice CRM for Web (Default = Yes)
Delete after archive from SuperOffice CRM for Web Deletes the e-mail from your inbox after you have archived it in SuperOffice CRM for Web (Default = No)
Display confirmation dialog before e-mailing Displays a confirmation dialog before invitations are sent by e-mail. (Default = NO).
E-mail client E-mail client used as your SuperOffice CRM inbox. Inboxes other than the default SuperOffice one require a separate plug-in.
E-mail client installed Is there currently an e-mail client available on this computer? This option enables certain aspects of e-mail functionality. (Default = YES)
Fax no. format in e-mail address. Format for fax numbers to be sent by e-mail. <faxs> is the fax number and <name> is the company name, e.g. FAX:<name>@<faxs> produces FAX:SuperOffice AS@23354001
Fax protocol Protocol used by your e-mail server to send a fax. (Default = FAX)
Fax software installed Is there a fax plugin installed in the e-mail client that allows faxes to be sent by e-mail? This option enables certain aspects of fax functionality. (Default = YES)
First synchronisation Number of seconds until first synchronisation on startup
Folder name - Deleted items Specifies the name of the IMAP folder that contains your deleted email. (Default = Deleted items)
Folder name - Drafts Specifies the name of the IMAP folder that is used to store e-mail drafts. (Default = Drafts)
Folder name - Inbox Specifies the name of the IMAP folder used as your e-mail inbox. (Default = Inbox)
Folder name - Sent items Specifies the name of the IMAP folder that is used to store sent e-mail. (Default = Sent Items)
Gateway e-mail address The SuperOffice Mail Gateway's e-mail address 
Gateway name The display name of the SuperOffice Mail Gateway's e-mail address 
Header for e-mail to external users  Header used in e-mail sent when generating external users.
IMAP port The port number your mail server uses to access e-mail using the IMAP protocol. Default = 143
IMAP Server name Name of the IMAP4 Mail server used by SuperOffice CRM for Web. Enter the DNS name or the IP address (e.g. mail.server.com or 10.0.0.100).
Incoming e-mail template Default e-mail template used for archiving incoming e-mails. (Default: -1, auto)
Invite associates by e-mail Notifies an associate by e-mail when invited to an appointment
Invite contacts by e-mail Notifies a contact by e-mail when invited to an appointment
Mail Link Document Archived Command Command to run when Mail Link has archived a document. (DEFAULT = blank)
Mail Link Task Archived Command Command to run when Mail Link has archived a task. (Default = blank)
Mark as read in preview Marks the e-mail as read once it has been displayed in the preview pane. If you set this to No, you need to open the e-mail before it is marked as read. (Default = NO)
Notes Email-templates deployed Used to activate support for Lotus Notes in the Web Tools wizard in SuperOffice CRM for Web.

Notify online users about invitations Users who are logged on will be notified about changes to invitations
Outgoing e-mail template Default e-mail template used for archiving outgoing e-mails. (Default: -1, auto)
Save login info Saves an encrypted version of your user name and password for the e-mail server in the SuperOffice CRM database. This saves you having to enter your user name and password each time you want to access your inbox. (Default = No)
Show all templates in lists Show all templates in lists (Default = No)
SMTP authentication required The SMTP server requires authentication before you can send e-mail. (Default = NO)
SMTP Password If you want to use a different password from the one you use to log in to your IMAP server, you can enter it here.
SMTP port The port number your mail server uses to send e-mail using the SMTP protocol. Default = 25
SMTP Server name Name of the SMTP Mail server used by SuperOffice CRM for Web. Enter the DNS name or the IP address (e.g. mail.server.com or 10.0.0.100)
SMTP user name If you want to use a different user name from the one you use to log in to your IMAP server, you can enter it here.
Synchronisation interval Number of seconds between each synchronisation
Synchronise inbox periodically Enables synchronisation between the SuperOffice CRM inbox and your external e-mail program
Timeout Number of seconds that SuperOffice CRM for Web will wait for the mail server to finish processing a request. If you experience problems with slow response times from your mail server, you should increase this value to 30 seconds o
Use e-mail body from SuperOffice Use e-mail body from SuperOffice (Default = Yes)
Use e-mail body from SuperOffice for reply and forward Use e-mail body from SuperOffice for reply and forward in SuperOffice CRM for Web. (Default = Yes)

Warn about large attachments Warn about large e-mails and attachments when archiving documents in MailLink. (Default = Yes)

Maximum suggested words Maximum number of different words to be suggested as stopwords in stopword maintenance
Multi-word search operator Criteria for freetext search on multiple words (1 = contains, 2 = starts with, 3 = exact match)
Single word search operator Criteria for freetext search on a single word (1 = contains, 2 = starts with, 3 = exact match)
Functions Archive page size Number of rows fetched for each page in archives. 0 means fetch all at once. (Default = 100)
Ask to edit or read Ask if the user want to edit or read the document when opening an existing document. Only applies when Web Tools is installed. (Default = No)
Background document check Documents on the Activities section tab can be checked in the background. The availability of a specified document plug-in and of each individual document is checked. This may happen at the cost of server capacity. Alternatively,

Disable Del key for cards If YES, the user has to use the menu in order to delete a company, project or selection (Default = YES).
Disable duplicate check for company name Disables the duplicate checker. SuperOffice CRM will no longer check if a company with the same name already exists (Default = No)
Disable duplicate check for project name Disables the duplicate checker. SuperOffice CRM will no longer check if a project with the same name already exists (Default = No)
Disable duplicate check for selection name Disables the duplicate checker. SuperOffice CRM will no longer check if a selection with the same name already exists (Default = No)
Disable Soundex check for company name Disables Soundex checker. SuperOffice CRM will no longer check if a company with the same Soundex encoding already exists (Default = No)

Do not substitute <> template variables If SuperOffice CRM for Web freezes when you create a new document from an Office template, turn on this preference to disable < and > as delimiters for template variables. Use { and } instead. Excel documents with < and > characters in formulas are prone to this problem. (Default = No)

Enable developer mode for custom archives Enables developer mode for custom archives. This will add a Tools menu for archives to SuperOffice CRM.

Enable multiple phone numbers Allows the option of adding several phone numbers of the same type (e.g. mobile phone) in the Contact dialog. (Default = NO)

Participants from group view Add all persons and resources in the group view as participants when registering a new appointment by clicking and dragging in the View tab in the Diary screen. (Default = NO).
Remove Company card corner tabs Removes the corner tabs on the Company card if there are too many companies - i.e. more than this number
Remove invitation duplicates This ensures that invitations are displayed only once in the Activities section tab in SuperOffice CRM (Default = YES).
Remove standard SAINT criteria in Find Removes all standard SAINT criteria from Find dialog (not the user-defined ones.) (Default = No)
Show browser script error dialog When a script fails in a web page shown in a web panel, should an error dialog be shown?
Show confirmation dialog Always displays confirmation dialog when deleting
Show days ahead Number of days ahead to display tasks in the Activities and Sales section tabs
Show Export button in the section tabs Adds an Export button to selected section tabs to export rows to an .xls file and attempt to open it. Selected section tabs require an 'export=true' attribute to be set in the .xml configuration file. See SoCrm Archives.config.
Show script error dialog When a script fails in a SuperOffice module, should an error dialog be shown?
Show the time component of dates Shows the time together with the date where it provides valuable information, such as for activities in section tabs. (Default =  NO)
